Operating procedures


Medsurveys guarantees inspection as the container arrives in the terminal, or within 24hours. Where the inspection requires a member of Medsurvey's staff to a travel substantial distance the company may require greater response time.

Medsurveys is contactable 24hours a day and 365 days a year.

When a client requests attendance, they will be designated an project manager at Medsurveys who will act as a liason during the inspection, ensuring that information and findings will be relayed accurately and efficiently.

During an inspection Medsurveys' surveyors will relay information to the clients project manager at head office.

Where necessary Medsurveys will liase with both parties involved in the processing of goods in order to keep clients aware of factors that will influence the lead time of goods.

Medsurveys tailors their inspection services according to each client's budget

Medsurveys costs are based on a percentage of the value of goods, or on a time basis, the client can choose the method of payment they prefer. 

All members of staff are connected by personal computer to head office, allowing rapid transmission of written inspection results.

All details regarding surveys and inspections can be issued in draft (document or computer file) prior to the final completion of the survey or certification.
